North America Partner Service Advisor and Topic Owner for DB&T, Analytics and Applications, SAP’s Partner Service Delivery
At SAP, we believe that when you bring everything you are, you can become everything you want.
SAP allows me to be all that I can be, both in and out of the office. I am accepted, with all the things that makes me, me.

It’s just another night in the recording studio when Stephen Ngoka, who goes by Stephen Voyce, grabs his phone to tease his 80K Instagram followers with a sneak peek post of his new music. Likes, comments, and shares from the fans immediately start flooding his feed. You might think I am referring to a multi-award winning music artist, and I am. Stephen won the YYC Music Award in 2017 and was nominated for a Notable Award in 2017. What you might not expect is this impressive artist, singer, songwriter, and music producer is also part of SAP’s Partner Service Delivery team, where he serves as a partner service advisor and is a topic expert on S/4HANA, Analytics and Database Technology Portfolios.
For the Canadian multi-talent, a typical day starts at 9 am in the SAP Montreal office followed by a gym workout before heading to the recording studio, or to other music-related events before his day usually ends around 2 am. "I know it sounds crazy, and that is because it is. But no sane mind ever made an impact on the world," said Stephen with a big smile. He explained that one of his goals in life is to become someone that people see as an inspiration to be all that they can be. "I want to inspire the world to reach beyond itself, to challenge itself to always seek higher truths. Music and SAP allows me to get that platform. And I have absolutely no doubts that I’ll get there."
Being able to satisfy both his analytical and creative sides fulfills Stephen, who holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. "It has allowed me to ground myself and find an even greater meaning to myself and my art,” said Stephen, who has always had an aptitude for both the arts and all things technical. “In my mind, both disciples are one and the same. There is art in science and there is science in art. I feel complete, because I never have to disconnect from who I am, irrespective of which role I am playing, because I am always being me. Each skill influences each other."
Stephen brings his music to work every single day. "My mind is always trying to find better solutions to the way we do things at SAP and that is in many ways thanks to my creative and analytics mind. You see music, as whimsical as it is, is also bound to patterns. Once you recognize patterns in anything, you can analyze it and then make it better. I am lucky to be part of an organization that promotes diversity and free thinking. And so yes, I get to bring my music to work, every day!"
Stephen credits SAP for giving him the flexibility to do everything he wants to do professionally. "SAP allows me to be all that I can be, both in and out of the office. I am accepted, with all the things that make me. Honestly, had I been working anywhere else, I don’t think I would have been able to reach the heights that I have been permitted to reach, and for that, I am grateful."
