SAP Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consultant

Nasrin's Story

At SAP, we believe that when you bring everything you are, you can become everything you want.

My manager trusted me. She really brought me back to my own personality. A strong person, who is always ready for challenges. And that is really valuable. She could give me my confidence back.

Nasrin Safari

Nasrin Safari joined SAP through our Engaging for Refugees program.

There are 21.3 million refugees living in the world today, according to data from UNHRC. While refugees come from distinct parts of the world, and leave for many reasons, they share at least two characteristics: a desire to live and a desire to improve their lives.

They are people, who have left their entire lives behind, looking for a chance to start over; to work and contribute. Refugees seek a life of dignity, freedom, and security. Nasrin is one of those people.

Nasrin found happiness again. She was given the respect and confidence to be herself, to thrive in an environment that supports her. She is passionate about her work. And, SAP benefits from Nasrin’s experience, skillsets, and can-do attitude.

Bring everything you are. Become everything you want.
