As part of its commitment to government accountability, transparency, and cost-efficiency during a time of shrinking budgets and rising needs, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania wanted to make better use of its data to improve decision-making. The first use case was focused on revamping its ability to produce and distribute real-time, management-focused analysis of employee expense reports.
