Gultech, a high-end PCB manufacturer, partnered with SAP and its gold partner Syntax Systems to upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP Cloud ERP Private. Centered on master data governance, the project cut nearly half of material codes and enabled cross-regional business collaboration. Leveraging the private cloud capabilities, the company established a centralized procurement model. Cost accounting accuracy improved greatly, and month-end closing time was reduced by nearly 50%, well fitting its customized production of multi-variety and small-batch orders.
