Creating a unified, intelligent foundation for process excellence

Tenova’s transformation is centered on a suite of integrated SAP solutions. With SAP Cloud ERP Private through RISE with SAP, the company is moving its new digital architecture to a managed cloud environment, simplifying infrastructure management and freeing the IT team to focus on business value.

 

A key element of this strategy is the adoption of process transformation capabilities from SAP Signavio solutions. Tenova is using these features to analyze, map, and fundamentally redesign its business processes. This allows the company to identify opportunities to embed AI agents directly into workflows.

 

This new digital foundation is connected to a suite of other SAP solutions. Tenova manages its people with SAP SuccessFactors solutions and its travel expenses with SAP Concur solutions. For custom needs and extensions as well as future development, it has access to services running on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), including its e-invoicing solution in India.

 

This integrated approach, built on a brownfield migration to preserve valuable customizations, creates a holistic and connected foundation poised for innovation.

The big advantage of this transformation is having AI tools embedded in the solution. We are implementing SAP Signavio alongside it to map and reshape our business processes with AI agents. Together, they give us a base to build upon for the future.
