Bangalore, India is one of the tech industry's leading global hubs. Join us in person to connect directly with SAP experts, industry influencers, and our vast developer and IT practitioner community. Enjoy an immersive, fun, and educational experience and gain the knowledge you need. Registration is fee based.
SAP TechEd Virtual (November 2–3)
This global digital experience is complete with live and on-demand sessions, engaging Q&As, and meet-the-expert opportunities. SAP and its partner communities will also host in-person "watch-and-code" parties in select global cities and time zones. The virtual event is free with registration.
Both SAP TechEd Virtual and and SAP TechEd Bangalore will take place from Thursday, November 2 through Friday, November 3, 2023.
SAP TechEd is for anyone with the desire and curiosity to learn the latest technologies from SAP and partner experts as well as those who want to take part in a community of like-minded technology innovators. SAP TechEd offers experiences for all level of developers, system administrators, implementers, and IT leaders.
Roles and titles of expected attendees include system administrator, architect, business process expert (BPE), chief information officer (CIO), chief technology officer (CTO), IT manager, data scientist, business analyst, developer, product manager, security, administrator, DevOps (development and operations), UX designer, SAP consultant, and any similar roles.
SAP TechEd delivers product education and offers hands-on opportunities across the SAP product portfolio, including the latest innovative SAP solutions and services. SAP and partner communities will be hosting in-person "watch-and-code" parties at select cities, locations, and times – offering additional opportunities for networking and hands-on engagement. You can find more details here.
Partner "companion" events
ASUG Tech Connect (New Orleans, November 7–9) and SAPinsider EMEA 2023 (Copenhagen, November 14–16) are in-person events following SAP TechEd Bangalore. These events will offer supplemental programming to attendees and audiences in North America and EMEA and will provide the "next step" in the training and learning journey for those planning to attend SAP TechEd Virtual.
Yes! Both day one and day two of SAP TechEd Virtual will feature separate programming experiences scheduled to work with time zones in both EMEA and the Americas.
Day one and day two coverage:
- EMEA start time: 9:00 a.m. CET, with live and available programming running through to 5:00 p.m. CET
- Americas start time: 8:00 a.m. PST with live and available programming running through 2:00 p.m. PST
- APJ start time: 12:00 p.m. Taiwan, 1:00 p.m. Japan, 2:00 p.m. Australia with the day’s main keynote. Programming will resume at 6:00 p.m. Taiwan with live and available programming.

The tracks at SAP TechEd are categories used to organize the various technical topics offered at this year's event. Each track covers a range of topics relevant to the SAP TechEd audience and includes subtracks to offer attendees a chance to dive deeper into their specific areas of interest. Closer to the event, we will offer a calendar with a variety of sessions that reflect the various topic tracks.
SAP TechEd will be offering six content tracks for this year's events:
- Digital Transformation with Cloud ERP (DT)
- SAP Business Technology Platform – General (XP)
- Application Development and Automation (AD)
- Data and Analytics (DA)
- Integration (IN)
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The "tracks overview" page will provide a rundown of the learning outcomes you can expect within each track. You can then explore the catalog to select available sessions and further customize your experience at SAP TechEd. Sessions at SAP TechEd Virtual offer an experience tailored for the virtual viewer. They include the following session types:
- Keynote (KN). Duration: 60 and 90 minute options. Hear from SAP board members and guests to get the latest “insider” news about SAP technology and development and technology innovations.
- Lecture (LT). Duration: 25 minutes. A deep dive into SAP products, technologies, and innovations that includes demos and opportunities to ask the speakers questions at the conclusion of session.
- Voice of SAP Customers (VC) and Partners (VP). Duration: 25 minutes. Detailed customer success stories or partner best practices and implementation experience overviews.
- (NEW) Jump-Start (JS). Duration: 25 minutes. A new workshop format where a topic or task is introduced at the beginning of the session and participants work their way through at their own pace. This is a chance for guided discussion and shared learning.
