The conference takes place at Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin from October 27–29, 2026.
The event is available to all adults ages 18 years and older.
SAP reserves the right to cancel an attendee’s registration or request that an attendee leave the event if that individual engages in competitive, harmful, or disruptive behavior.
If an attendee is notified that their registration has been canceled, it’s the attendee’s responsibility to make the necessary changes to hotel and travel arrangements.

Event information
If you have received a formal invitation from SAP to attend the event, your invitation will include a link to accept, which will start the registration process. Or, register now.
You will need an SAP account to register for SAP events as well as access resources such as trial software, analyst reports, and product road maps.
Register with an existing SAP account:
- Enter the email linked to your SAP account. You’ll be redirected to the SAP Universal ID login page.
- Enter your SAP account credentials. You may be prompted to review and update your account data if required information is missing.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions.
Register by creating a new SAP account:
- Enter your email address. (Shared email addresses cannot be accepted.)
- Complete and submit the account registration form. A challenge-response test may be required for security verification.
- Check your email for an account activation link, which will be valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, restart the registration process, resubmit the form, and request a new activation email by selecting the corresponding link under the email field.
- Select the activation link in your email. You’ll be prompted to create a password and accept the SAP Universal ID terms of use. After you submit your password, you’ll be redirected back to the event registration page.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions.

There are no passes for only the show floor and there are no one-day passes available.
No, the conference does not offer discounts to students or international attendees.
Yes, SAP TechEd Berlin will honor a government rate to bona-fide employees of a federal, state, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. Within the registration process, you’ll be able to select the box that states you wish to participate at the public sector rate. All attendees registering under the government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of employment upon check-in.
Attendees aren’t allowed to bring guests to the event.

Registration for the conference includes access to all business presentations, show floor experiences, session offerings, product demonstrations, food and beverages provided on the show floor, and evening events included in the event agenda.
We accept payment by credit card only. Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. We are unable to make exceptions. If you have any questions, contact us.
To obtain a copy of your payment request, please send an email to payments@sapevents.com. Once payment has been received, and after verification of your billing address and tax registration number, your receipt will be sent to you by email.
You can also request a copy of your payment receipt by emailing payments@sapevents.com. When emailing us, please include your confirmation number and the email address used during registration wherever possible.
Your tax invoice will be issued and sent to you directly by SAP SE shortly after payment has been received.
Substitutions are permitted for full-conference paid attendees only, and with someone from the same company. There is no service fee for name change substitutions if the payment information stays the same. However, a €150 service fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes.
To initiate a substitution, contact sap@delegate.com and reference the registration confirmation number.
Please read the substitution section within the Terms & Conditions for additional insights. Substitutions will not automatically update your hotel reservation. Please contact your hotel directly for changes. Any penalties or added charges to the hotel reservation derived from the substitution are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
Notification of registration cancelation must be made by email to sap@delegate.com. Include the registration confirmation number in your email. Cancelation requests can’t be made by phone or other media.

Please note that canceling a conference registration will not cancel a hotel reservation. Please contact your hotel directly for changes.
A €350 fee applies to registration cancelations made on or before Friday, October 6, 2026. Refund requests received after that date will not be honored. Please check out the cancelation section within the Terms & Conditions for additional insights.
Registration information
Your SAP Universal ID serves as a wallet for managing your SAP user identities. It ensures easy access to your account, learning certificates, and community content.
- Using a Google Chrome browser, open an incognito window and go to account.sap.com.
- Enter your email address and Universal ID password. Select Verify Account.
- You’ll receive an email with a verification code; enter the code.
- Add noreply-uid@sap.com to your safe sender list. If you don’t receive the account activation email, you may request a code up to three times by resubmitting the account registration form. If you exceed the number of attempts, contact the support team.
Use the SAP Universal ID Account Manager to manage your linked accounts, personal data, and security and privacy settings.
If you still face challenges, please create an official support ticket for the support team to investigate further.

You can make changes in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager. If you use multiple email addresses, be sure to assign one as your primary address and to maintain the email addresses of any users linked to your SAP Universal ID.

Yes, there will be a Partner Summit at SAP TechEd Berlin. This will take place at the Berlin Messe on October 26, 2026. More information on the specific location, timing, and agenda are to be confirmed later. Partners should opt in during the registration process to attend the Partner Summit.
Yes, there will be a Partner Reception at SAP TechEd Berlin. This will take place at the Berlin Messe on October 26, 2026. More information on the specific location, timing, and agenda are to be confirmed at a later date. This reception will be invitation-only. There is no additional cost for the Partner Reception.
Yes, employee participation is by invitation only. The SAP Partner Marketing team will distribute invitations, and only employees who are registered for SAP TechEd Berlin will be eligible to participate.
Please make sure that partners discuss event sponsorship with their SAP partner business manager before submitting any MDF or BDF request. If a partner has a question on using DF for event sponsorships, please direct them to use the contact form on the SAP Partner Portal and raise a ticket. It will go straight to that team directly.
Sponsor and partner information
Discounted rates at designated hotels are for registered attendees only and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll have the opportunity to book your hotel immediately after completing your online registration. Once you have completed your conference registration online, select the “Book/Modify My Hotel” button, which brings you to the online reservation system for conference housing.
If you’ve already registered but didn’t secure your hotel, use the Access My Registration function and select the “Book/Modify My Hotel" button in the bottom-right corner.
No, the registration fee includes access to the conference but does not include hotel accommodation.
SAP has negotiated special discounted hotel room rates at a variety of Berlin properties. To make a hotel reservation in the conference hotel block, you must be a registered attendee. After completing the online registration, attendees will have the opportunity to book housing.
Please be aware of unofficial housing solicitations. Please note the only e-mail address endorsed by SAP for the conference is saphotels@delegate.com. SAP will not be responsible for any reservation made through a different channel that the one provided above.
To receive the special hotel rate at the conference hotels for this conference, you must use the SAP TechEd Berlin official housing link found in your event registration confirmation e-mail. SAP strongly recommends you do not book housing from any company that contacts you by phone or e-mail.
Conference hotel blocks fill up quickly, so we strongly encourage you to reserve your hotel room early to get the best opportunity to book at the conference hotels. Discounted hotel rates, based on hotel availability, are available on a first-come, first-served basis until October 22, 2026, or until the official event hotel block is filled.
All conference hotels can be reached easily by S-Bahn via the station “Messe Süd”.
There are several hotel blocks for this event. We do our best to make the most options available to all attendees. It is possible that capacity at your colleague’s hotel had been reached, so you were not able to book there. It is also possible that your colleague was directed to a specific hotel block based on their role at the event.
Conference registration and hotel reservations are managed independently. Changes or cancellations to an existing hotel reservation can be made online. Use the Access My Registration function and select "Manage Reservation "in the bottom-left corner. You will need your email address and hotel reservation confirmation " Acknowledgment Number" to log in; this information can be found in your hotel reservation confirmation/modification e-mail. An automatic response will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please keep this e-mail for your records.
After October 25, 2026 (5:00 p.m. CET), please contact SAP TechEd Berlin Accommodation Team at saphotels@delegate.com for changes or cancellations.
Any changes to an existing hotel reservation are subject to availability.
Any date change, cancellation, or reduction after October 25, 2026 (5:00 p.m. CET), or a no-show on the reservation date will result in an automatic charge to the credit card on file with the hotel for the total number of nights cancelled. If you are unable to utilize your room on the original date of arrival, but plan to arrive on the following day, you are required to inform the SAP TechEd Accommodation Team at saphotels@delegate.com in advance via email. If you fail to inform the team in writing that you wish to utilize your room for the second night of your reserved stay the hotel will make every effort to accommodate you but cannot guarantee a room will still be available. SAP will not be responsible for cancellation or no-show charges.

The closest train station is Messe Süd (Eichkamp) with a walking distance of 250m from the South Entrance, so approximately 4 minutes by foot.
The nearest airport is Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg.
The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the Messe Berlin.
The best place to park at Messe Berlin is P17 and P18, located next to the South Entrance. Parking fee is €15,00 per day. The best address for GPS use is Jaffestraße 2, 14055 Berlin.

Yes, wireless access will be available at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Center. The SSID and password will be provided on the back of your conference badge.
No children are permitted at the conference. You must be 18 or over to attend.
There will be a conference mobile app available for attendees of the conference. Details will be provided in future registrant communications.
